Smoke Camp Crafts is seeking a Greenhouse Associate / Farm Worker in Weston. Work with herbs and other plants in a small farm-based business, moving between greenhouse tasks and outdoor fieldwork as needed. What you will do • Contribute to the greenhouse's hands-on plant work and the farm's outdoor growing activities. • Move between assignments as production needs change, especially during busy periods. • Bring care, reliability, and an interest in plants to a close-working team. How the work fits together Smoke Camp Crafts grows herbs, starter plants, and seeds alongside a line of teas, jellies, and other botanical products. Its beginnings trace to Dot Mongillion's small business in an old cabin on Smoke Camp Road. Today, owner and farmer Kara Vaneck continues that plant-focused tradition with a small production team. The business saves seed, supports native plant populations, and offers pollinator plants as well as culinary and other herbs. An urban botanical garden, herb library, and pay-what-you-can farm stand connect the growing operation with the surrounding community. This opening is for greenhouse and farm work, rather than the separately advertised office, packing, or construction positions.
