Vivo Landscape is hiring for the Landscape Crew Member position in San Diego, CA. This hands-on role supports the operation's day-to-day production and care work. What you will do • Complete assigned mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, bed care, and property cleanup to the employer's finish standard. • Inspect, use, clean, and secure assigned hand tools and powered landscape equipment safely. • Protect plants, irrigation, buildings, vehicles, customers, and coworkers while work is underway. • Rake, remove trash, weed, trim, prune, and care for shrubs and plants. • Report to the employer's Mission Gorge Road yard for the assigned route. • Act professionally at client properties in varied weather and microclimates. How the work fits together Recurring landscape work is organized by route and property scope. The crew reviews priorities, prepares equipment, divides production and detail tasks, and checks the entire property before loading out. Team members must report plant stress, irrigation trouble, damage, unsafe conditions, or work outside the approved scope instead of concealing or guessing about it. What the employer is looking for • At least six months of landscape experience is required. • Readiness for physical full-time maintenance work and consistent early-morning attendance. • Dependable attendance, direct communication, and willingness to follow the employer's safety, quality, and customer- or production-care procedures. • Ability to complete the role's active, in-person work and to ask for instruction before using unfamiliar tools, equipment, products, or animal-handling methods. Schedule, conditions, and compensation The employer publishes full-time hours of 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. and $18 per hour. The employer publishes $18 per hour.
