What you will do • Seed, transplant, cultivate, irrigate, harvest, wash, pack, and store crops according to the farm's plan and food-safety procedures. • Use and care for assigned hand tools, wash-pack equipment, carts, and field equipment within training. • Monitor crops and communicate pest, disease, water, weather, quality, or harvest-timing concerns promptly. • Assemble weekly CSA shares accurately from pack lists and organize fresh produce, meat, pantry items, and flowers for efficient pickup or delivery. • Inspect product quality and presentation, label boxes, bags, and products correctly, and arrange finished orders so routes and customer handoffs remain orderly. • Maintain pack-shed cleanliness and sanitation, communicate quality concerns, support order preparation, and provide friendly customer assistance when needed.
