Triple J Farm is hiring for the Seasonal Farm Market & CSA Team Member position in Georgetown, KY. This hands-on role supports the operation's day-to-day production and care work. Reliable execution and early communication matter because the work directly affects plants, animals, equipment, coworkers, customers, or the surrounding property. What you will do • Seed, transplant, cultivate, irrigate, harvest, wash, pack, and store crops according to the farm's plan and food-safety procedures. • Use and care for assigned hand tools, wash-pack equipment, carts, and field equipment within training. • Monitor crops and communicate pest, disease, water, weather, quality, or harvest-timing concerns promptly. • Prepare, count, organize, and present the farm's fruit, vegetables, eggs, beef, baked goods, and other approved products for CSA shares, the farm store, or market stands. • Help load, set up, restock, serve, and break down assigned sales or pickup areas while handling food and produce carefully and communicating accurately with customers. • Support light harvest, greenhouse, packing, cleaning, inventory, kitchen, or bakery tasks within training as seasonal volume and the family farm's priorities change. How the work fits together Farm priorities follow crop condition, weather, harvest commitments, and customer orders. The crew checks urgent irrigation and harvest needs first, then moves through field production, post-harvest handling, accurate packing, storage, and cleanup. Each employee's work affects both crop life and the quality customers receive. Schedule, conditions, and compensation Triple J identifies these as flexible, seasonal summer and fall part-time opportunities. Current farm-market hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; actual employee shifts may also include preparation or farmers-market hours.
