What you will do • Seed, transplant, cultivate, irrigate, harvest, wash, pack, and store crops according to the farm's plan and food-safety procedures. • Use and care for assigned hand tools, wash-pack equipment, carts, and field equipment within training. • Monitor crops and communicate pest, disease, water, weather, quality, or harvest-timing concerns promptly. • Prepare beds, plant, weed, water, and maintain specialty cut-flower crops while observing plant health and protecting the farm's soil-building and regenerative practices. • Harvest and process flowers, assemble buckets and market bouquets to the farm's quality standard, and assist with floral design work when the owners assign it based on the employee's skills. • Maintain grounds, tools, buckets, work surfaces, and assigned equipment and help reset crop and processing areas so the next harvest or market task can begin cleanly. Schedule, conditions, and compensation This is part-time seasonal work from late March through November at $16–$20 per hour depending on experience.
