What you will do • Prepare the assigned farm attraction, guest area, produce display, equipment, or supplies before opening and keep the area orderly through the shift. • Welcome visitors, explain the assigned activity or farm procedure clearly, and follow the employer's rules for safe guest movement and participation. • Communicate crowd, weather, equipment, product, safety, or customer-service concerns to the farm lead promptly. • Greet and guide farm visitors, operate or monitor assigned attractions, and serve food or other farm products according to the day's placement. • Assist with pumpkin picking, weekday food preparation, or Christmas-season Wreath Barn work when scheduled and trained for those assignments. • Reset the assigned guest area, attraction, harvest materials, or supplies throughout the day and contribute to complete opening and closing work. Schedule, conditions, and compensation The role is part-time and seasonal.
