Fall Farm Store Associate

Rowley's Red Barn is hiring temporary Fall Farm Store Associates in Santaquin. Help customers and support product preparation and sales at a family orchard's retail barn from late August through October 31. What you will do • Welcome customers and assist with the barn's food and farm-product sales. • Help make or sell products within the tasks assigned to your seasonal position. • Learn instructions promptly and work reliably with the store team. • Respect assigned roles: seasonal employees receive training for selected duties, not every store position. How the work fits together The Rowley family's fruit-growing tradition dates to 1913. Phil and Shirley began their own Santaquin farm in 1984, raising eight sons alongside a business producing apples, cherries, peaches, pumpkins, and alfalfa. A small fruit stand developed into the Red Barn in 1999, allowing the family to sell local fruit throughout the year and add ice cream. The cider mill followed in 2007, using fresh apples for juice rather than concentrate. Pumpkin-picking trips later became the Back 40, with additional attractions and a corn maze. A second retail location opened in Washington, Utah, in 2013. This opening is specifically inside the Santaquin barn, where the family's growing operation connects with customers during the busy autumn season. What the employer is looking for • Be friendly, dependable, willing to work, and able to learn assigned tasks. • Provide your work history and customer-service experience; the application asks whether you will be sixteen by August 31. Schedule, conditions, and compensation Commit to at least three shifts weekly, including Friday or Saturday and at least three Saturdays monthly. Saturday shifts are approximately four hours. Indicate availability for 3 p.m. weekday starts, closing until 9:30 p.m., and October 15, 16, 17, and 19. Pay and benefits are not specified; discuss them before accepting.
