Cultivation Technician

Sweet Life Canna Co is hiring for the Cultivation Technician position in Long Beach, MS. This hands-on role supports the operation's day-to-day production and care work. What you will do • Seed, transplant, space, prune, trellis, irrigate, harvest, or pack greenhouse crops according to the production plan. • Check environmental, irrigation, sanitation, and crop conditions and communicate deviations promptly. • Clean and organize tools, benches, channels, harvest containers, and production areas according to food- or plant-safety rules. • Support the daily care and maintenance of medical-cannabis plants through the full growth cycle, completing assigned propagation, transplanting, irrigation, pruning, plant-training, harvest, or room-reset work exactly as instructed. • Follow the current approved standard operating procedure for each task, document required work and observations accurately, and stop for clarification when a plant-care or compliance situation falls outside training. • Maintain clean tools, clothing practices, containers, surfaces, and cultivation areas; protect crop quality and consistency; and report pest, disease, irrigation, environmental, sanitation, or plant-development concerns promptly.
