Farm Attraction Attendant — Fall 2026

Orr Family Farm is hiring attraction attendants for its fall 2026 season in Oklahoma City. Help families enjoy the farm's outdoor activities safely. This is a visitor-facing agritourism position, with flexible scheduling that can accommodate students. What you will do • Operate assigned attractions while explaining and enforcing safety rules. • Help supervise activities such as the maze, hayrides, pedal karts, slides, and jumping pillows. • Create a friendly experience for visitors throughout your shift. How the work fits together The Orr family's connection to this property began in 1977, when Celestial Acres developed as a horse-breeding and training operation. Glenn Orr later envisioned a place where children and families could learn and spend time together, and the farm welcomed its first public season in 2004. His son Tom, daughter-in-law Debbie, and a team of longtime colleagues helped develop the visitor business, with a third generation now involved as well. Today the farm combines seasonal activities, field trips, group events, and overnight accommodation. Its spring and autumn seasons bring different visitors and events to the property. Attraction attendants contribute to the public-facing side of that family operation. What the employer is looking for • Be friendly, responsible, and dependable. • Pass the employer's background check and drug screening. • Provide accurate availability, including school, sports, or other work commitments. Schedule, conditions, and compensation Starting pay is $11/hour and up, depending on experience and assignment. Training is provided. The season runs September 13–November 14, with weekday field trips and weekend daytime or evening shifts. A season-end bonus is available for qualifying perfect attendance.
