Fall Harvest Orchard is hiring for the Fall Orchard Team Member position in Delano, MN. This hands-on role supports the operation's day-to-day production and care work. What you will do • Prepare the assigned farm attraction, guest area, produce display, equipment, or supplies before opening and keep the area orderly through the shift. • Welcome visitors, explain the assigned activity or farm procedure clearly, and follow the employer's rules for safe guest movement and participation. • Communicate crowd, weather, equipment, product, safety, or customer-service concerns to the farm lead promptly. • Prepare an assigned orchard, pumpkin, produce, activity, or guest-service station before opening by stocking supplies, checking signs and displays, and removing obvious safety or cleanliness issues. • Welcome visitors, answer routine questions within training, explain U-pick or activity procedures, and help families move safely and comfortably through a busy working-farm environment. • Restock farm products and supplies, keep the assigned area orderly throughout service, and report damaged fruit, shortages, weather changes, guest concerns, or equipment problems to the shift lead. Schedule, conditions, and compensation This is flexible seasonal work beginning with the orchard's September 5 opening and continuing through the 2026 fall season. Public orchard hours are Thursday through Sunday, generally 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., through November 1.
