Elderslie Farm is hiring for the Farm & Guest Experience Team Member position in Kechi, KS. This hands-on role supports the operation's day-to-day production and care work. What you will do • Prepare the assigned farm attraction, guest area, produce display, equipment, or supplies before opening and keep the area orderly through the shift. • Welcome visitors, explain the assigned activity or farm procedure clearly, and follow the employer's rules for safe guest movement and participation. • Communicate crowd, weather, equipment, product, safety, or customer-service concerns to the farm lead promptly. • Prepare, monitor, reset, and close assigned blackberry-bramble, you-pick flower, market, event, or other visitor-facing farm areas according to the day's plan. • Welcome guests, explain picking or farm-area expectations, protect crops and boundaries, and direct questions or concerns to the appropriate farm, market, or hospitality lead. • Assist with light harvest handling, supplies, signs, containers, paths, cleanup, and cross-team farm priorities while reporting crop, weather, crowd, product, or safety issues.
