About this job
702GREENS is hiring for the Farm to Table Ambassador position in Las Vegas, NV. This hands-on role supports the operation's day-to-day production and care work. Reliable execution and early communication matter because the work directly affects plants, animals, equipment, coworkers, customers, or the surrounding property.
What you will do
β’ Prepare, transport, display, and account for the farm's products and market materials for assigned farmers markets, pop-ups, events, and partner visits.
β’ Explain how the products are grown and used, answer customer questions accurately, and complete sales and subscription conversations without overstating product claims.
β’ Keep displays, samples, inventory, transactions, customer information, and closing counts orderly and communicate sales results or supply needs to the farm team.
β’ Represent 702GREENS at farmers markets, events, pop-ups, fitness studios, and partner locations, arriving with the approved products, display materials, sales tools, and information needed for the assignment.
β’ Engage customers, influencers, and partners; explain the farm's fresh local microgreens and subscription model accurately; build relationships; and guide interested people through the correct purchase or follow-up process.
β’ Set up and maintain an inviting market stall, handle transactions accurately, organize and count inventory, protect product quality, and communicate sales results, customer questions, low stock, and event opportunities to the farm.
How the work fits together
Farm-market work connects the production team with the people who buy and use the crop. The employee confirms the event plan and inventory, prepares a clean and complete display, engages customers, records sales accurately, and returns unsold product and reusable materials in good condition. Customer questions or commitments outside the employee's knowledge go back to the farm rather than being guessed at. At 702GREENS, the employer also makes these role-specific priorities clear: Represent 702GREENS at farmers markets, events, pop-ups, fitness studios, and partner locations, arriving with the approved products, display materials, sales tools, and information needed for the assignment. Engage customers, influencers, and partners; explain the farm's fresh local microgreens and subscription model accurately; build relationships; and guide interested people through the correct purchase or follow-up process. Set up and maintain an inviting market stall, handle transactions accurately, organize and count inventory, protect product quality, and communicate sales results, customer questions, low stock, and event opportunities to the farm.
What the employer is looking for
β’ Charismatic and comfortable starting conversations, passionate about health and wellness, reliable, energetic, and able to work independently while still contributing to a small farm team.
β’ Sales, social-media, health, or fitness experience is an advantage but microgreens experience is not required because the farm provides training. Candidates should be ready to learn the products before making claims or recommendations.
β’ Dependable attendance, direct communication, and willingness to follow the employer's safety, quality, and customer- or production-care procedures.
β’ Ability to complete the role's active, in-person work and to ask for instruction before using unfamiliar tools, equipment, products, or animal-handling methods.
Schedule, conditions, and compensation
This is field-based farm marketing and sales work around Las Vegas events and partner locations. The employer does not publish whether the opening is full-time, part-time, regular, seasonal, employee, or contract work, and it does not list a numeric wage, commission structure, mileage treatment, guaranteed hours, standard shift, overtime, or benefits. Applicants should confirm the employment classification, event calendar, sales goals, training, transportation, vehicle and insurance expectations, product handling, compensation, reimbursements, and scheduling before accepting. The employer does not publish a numeric wage range on this page, so no compensation has been estimated. Applicants should confirm the final hours, overtime treatment, starting assignment, travel or reporting point, supplied equipment, and benefit eligibility directly with the employer before accepting an offer.
This is an in-person horticulture and outdoor position with a small operation. Daily priorities can change with weather, plant or animal condition, equipment availability, customer schedules, and the season. The successful person should arrive ready to work, communicate early when a task or condition is unclear, follow the employer's safety and quality procedures, and leave tools, vehicles, production areas, and job sites secure and ready for the next shift.
Applicants should expect active work that may include long periods of standing or walking, bending, lifting, repetitive hand tasks, noise, dust, mud, pollen, heat, cold, rain, or work around moving equipment. The exact physical demands differ by assignment. Candidates should discuss any accommodation needs with the employer and confirm the final schedule, overtime treatment, training period, travel expectations, and benefit eligibility before accepting an offer. Only compensation and benefits expressly published by the employer are included here; unpublished terms have not been estimated.
