Farm Worker – Plant Nursery We are looking for dependable farm workers with experience working with plants. This position involves a variety of nursery tasks, including: Potting plants Fertilizing Pruning Loading trucks General plant care and farm duties as needed This is a minimum hourly wage position. Benefits After successfully completing your 90-day probationary period, you will be eligible for: Employer-shared health insurance Three (3) paid sick days per year After successfully completing your first year of employment, you will receive: Five (5) paid vacation days annually We also offer paid holidays.
