What you will do • Seed, transplant, space, prune, trellis, irrigate, harvest, or pack greenhouse crops according to the production plan. • Check environmental, irrigation, sanitation, and crop conditions and communicate deviations promptly. • Clean and organize tools, benches, channels, harvest containers, and production areas according to food- or plant-safety rules. • Pull the flowers and plant material assigned for current orders, matching the requested type, condition, quantity, and handling standard. • Pack and process flowers carefully so stems, blooms, foliage, containers, labels, and order groupings remain accurate and undamaged through the next stage. • Keep carts, worktables, packaging materials, cool or greenhouse work areas, and completed orders clean and organized while reporting shortages or quality concerns.
