Henning's Farm and Greenhouses is hiring for the General Labor position in De Motte, IN. This hands-on role supports the operation's day-to-day production and care work. What you will do • Seed, transplant, space, prune, trellis, irrigate, harvest, or pack greenhouse crops according to the production plan. • Check environmental, irrigation, sanitation, and crop conditions and communicate deviations promptly. • Clean and organize tools, benches, channels, harvest containers, and production areas according to food- or plant-safety rules. • Plant greenhouse and farm crops, pull and prepare customer orders, and complete crop-maintenance work according to the day's priorities. • Operate only assigned equipment after instruction and move, stage, load, and organize plants, orders, materials, and production supplies carefully. • Support greenhouse, field, and Christmas-tree-farm work areas with cleanup and other general production labor as assigned.
