What you will do • Seed, transplant, space, prune, trellis, irrigate, harvest, or pack greenhouse crops according to the production plan. • Check environmental, irrigation, sanitation, and crop conditions and communicate deviations promptly. • Clean and organize tools, benches, channels, harvest containers, and production areas according to food- or plant-safety rules. • Water and grow crops, seed and transplant plants, trim or weed trays, patch tray gaps, and complete other assigned cultural care. • Pull customer orders accurately and handle, move, stage, count, and organize plant trays without damaging crops or losing labels. • Support greenhouse production or related office tasks as assigned and keep benches, aisles, carts, tools, and work areas clean and orderly.
