What you will do • Seed, transplant, space, prune, trellis, irrigate, harvest, or pack greenhouse crops according to the production plan. • Check environmental, irrigation, sanitation, and crop conditions and communicate deviations promptly. • Clean and organize tools, benches, channels, harvest containers, and production areas according to food- or plant-safety rules. • Coordinate plant service, replacements, installations, inventory, and schedule updates. • Assess plant health and design quality during site visits. • Maintain client records and communicate needs to the horticultural team.
