What you will do • Receive, stage, sort, pack, load, or deliver farm products according to the day's orders, quality standards, and food-safety procedures. • Use assigned containers, carts, packing equipment, vehicles, and material-handling tools safely and only within completed training. • Maintain accurate counts and labels, protect product condition, and communicate shortages, damage, delays, sanitation concerns, or order exceptions promptly. • Assist with assigned orchard harvest work, handling apples, berries, flowers, or other available crops carefully and bringing picked product from the field into the farm's packing flow. • Sort, grade, pack, label, stack, and move harvested product according to the department's instructions while removing damaged items and protecting market-quality fruit from bruising or contamination. • Keep containers, packing surfaces, aisles, tools, and staging areas organized and clean, and communicate crop quality, equipment, supply, or safety concerns before they interrupt the line.
