What you will do • Water, move, space, label, prune, weed, and organize nursery plants according to their needs and supervisor direction. • Assist with receiving, potting, propagation, order preparation, loading, or customer support as assigned. • Identify visible plant stress, pest pressure, irrigation trouble, damaged stock, or label errors and report them promptly. • Help create and maintain seasonal container combinations and bedding-flower displays, following the approved plant palette, layout, spacing, soil, finish, watering, and presentation standard for each assignment. • Prepare, handle, install, water, groom, deadhead, replace, and remove seasonal plant material, bulbs, and wintergreens while protecting roots, finished containers, surrounding plants, and client property. • Load and organize the day's plants, soil, containers, tools, and supplies; communicate plant stress, irrigation, quantity, design, or site concerns; and leave every work area clean and ready for use.
