What you will do • Seed, transplant, space, prune, trellis, irrigate, harvest, or pack greenhouse crops according to the production plan. • Check environmental, irrigation, sanitation, and crop conditions and communicate deviations promptly. • Clean and organize tools, benches, channels, harvest containers, and production areas according to food- or plant-safety rules. • Fill pots and plant cuttings, liners, seeds, and hanging baskets, then water, trim, deadhead, space, and otherwise maintain plant material through the short peak-production assignment. • Receive, unpack, price, merchandise, and load plants or fresh product using greenhouse carts and trolleys while preventing breakage, label errors, and avoidable stress to live material. • Keep greenhouse aisles and work areas clean and safe, return tools and carts, sort plastics and cardboard correctly, and pitch in on additional growing-range or store tasks as directed.
