Moss Greenhouses is hiring for the Young Plant Grower position in Jerome, ID. This hands-on role supports the operation's day-to-day production and care work. What you will do • Seed, transplant, space, prune, trellis, irrigate, harvest, or pack greenhouse crops according to the production plan. • Check environmental, irrigation, sanitation, and crop conditions and communicate deviations promptly. • Clean and organize tools, benches, channels, harvest containers, and production areas according to food- or plant-safety rules. • Lead the daily production care of plugs, liners, seedlings, cuttings, and other young plants through transplant readiness. • Monitor irrigation, fertility, climate, sanitation, pest pressure, growth, and crop timing and respond or escalate promptly. • Coordinate daily staff assignments, production records, crop movement, and safe, orderly greenhouse work areas.
