Fall Farm Guest Services Team Member

Enchanted Valley Acres is hiring part-time Guest Services Team Members for its fall 2026 farm season in Cross Plains. Help visitors enjoy the pumpkin patch, corn mazes, and outdoor activities at a family-owned farm. What you will do • Welcome guests and provide friendly, considerate service throughout their visit. • Train in several positions and help where the team needs support. • Work cooperatively with coworkers and honor your agreed schedule. • Stay flexible as guest needs and outdoor conditions change. How the work fits together Chris and Angela Kirsch purchased the farm with friends in 2011 and began restoring a property that had stood vacant for years. The red barn, rebuilt in 1937, remains a central part of the farmstead. Christmas-tree planting began in 2012, followed by the first fall visitor season in 2013. The Kirsches became the sole owners in 2021, while their former partners continued to contribute knowledge about growing trees. Today, the farm welcomes the community for two distinct seasons: autumn activities and Christmas trees. The owners aim to preserve the property's agricultural character while giving families a place to spend time together outdoors. The seasonal team supports that experience by helping visitors feel welcome and keeping service responsive as families move among the different activities. What the employer is looking for • Be at least fourteen, reliable, and comfortable working with people. • Be available for most weekends or the advertised October weekday openings. • Dress for changing weather and be ready to work outdoors. Schedule, conditions, and compensation The season runs September 12–November 1. Most shifts fall within 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Weekend availability is especially useful; selected October Fridays and Thursday, October 29 also need staff. Pay depends on the starting offer and days worked, so confirm the hourly rate and schedule during hiring. Training covers multiple assignments.
