About this job

Craven Farm is hiring seasonal team members for its fall festival and pumpkin patch in Snohomish. Openings are available for applicants sixteen and older, with adults especially needed for weekday and lead positions. Bring a friendly approach, dependability, and enthusiasm for working outdoors around a busy family farm experience. What you will do • Contribute friendly, reliable service during the farm's fall season. • Work cooperatively with the team and follow directions for your assigned position. • Keep track of your schedule, communicate proactively, and honor your seasonal commitments. How the work fits together Brian and Kimi Chadwick operate Craven Farm with their family, continuing the community traditions begun by Mark and Judy Craven. The farm opened its pumpkin patch to visitors in 1983 and now hosts seasonal agricultural experiences throughout the year. Fall visitors can pick pumpkins, explore a corn maze, take wagon rides, visit the harvest market, and enjoy other outdoor activities. School groups also come for fall field trips. Food stands and a farm shop are part of the visitor experience. This combination makes fall a concentrated period of activity for the team, with families arriving for both the harvest and time together outdoors. The owners' children are involved in farm life and in imagining new ways to welcome the community. What the employer is looking for • Be at least sixteen and available to commit to an agreed schedule. • Be able to stand for extended periods and work outside in changing weather. • Bring a positive attitude, teamwork, and clear communication. Schedule, conditions, and compensation The 2026 fall festival runs September 19–November 1, with public hours Wednesday–Sunday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Those are visitor hours, not a guaranteed employee schedule. Confirm your assignment, shifts, and hourly pay during hiring. The farm is at 13817 Shorts School Road. How to apply Complete Craven Farm's online employment application. Review the Employment page for interview updates and follow the farm's instructions after applying. Explain whether you are interested in weekday work or a lead position and provide your seasonal availability.
