Niederman Family Farm is hiring seasonal team members for its fall festival in Liberty Township. Help welcome guests and support a busy farm experience from September 25 through November 1, with training beforehand and an end-of-season cleanup afterward. What you will do • Serve guests with a friendly, engaged approach throughout your shift. • Carry out assigned indoor or outdoor festival work as part of the seasonal team. • Communicate clearly with coworkers and be willing to learn different tasks. • Attend required training and participate in the season's closing cleanup. How the work fits together The Niederman family has worked this land since 1948. Three generations have raised crops and livestock, with corn, soybeans, wheat, and hay among the farm's staples. Bob and Bethann expanded the business to include farm visits, hayrides, and a fall festival as another way to sustain the family farm. Bethann and the children continue that work, welcoming neighbors and visitors to spend time together on the property. Seasonal employees support this public-facing side of the farm. The role is about helping people enjoy their visit, not a dedicated crop-production or animal-care assignment. Applicants should be comfortable with changing tasks and a lively guest environment. What the employer is looking for • Be at least 15; applicants aged 15 are limited to Saturday morning and Sunday shifts. • Be dependable, honest, and able to commit to the season, including at least four of six Saturdays. • Be prepared to spend five or more hours on your feet and maintain a neat appearance. Schedule, conditions, and compensation New-staff training is September 3 or 8, followed by required all-staff training September 10 and area training September 15. Cleanup is November 5.
