About this job

Lee Farms is hiring festival and events team members in Tualatin. Help guests navigate the farm, find the services they need, and enjoy a welcoming seasonal visit. This is a customer-facing role supporting the farm's events and attractions. What you will do • Welcome visitors and help them get started exploring the farm. • Assist guests throughout their visit and contribute to a friendly, family-oriented experience. • Work with the farm team to deliver dependable service during seasonal events. How the work fits together The family's farming history in Tualatin stretches back to the nineteenth century. Row crops, dairy cattle, hay, berries, and baking have all played a part in the business over time. Opening strawberry fields to U-pick customers in the 1960s began the retail side of the operation, followed by a pumpkin patch, bakery, and farm market. Craig Lee now owns the farm, with family members running the market and seasonal events. The farm still grows crops and offers berry picking, while festivals help sustain the family's work on the land. Autumn and Christmas visits are part of that calendar, alongside spring events and the summer sunflower season. What the employer is looking for • Be at least 16 years old. • Bring a positive attitude, integrity, and a commitment to helping customers. • Describe your weekend availability and ability to handle the physical work in the application. Schedule, conditions, and compensation Seasonal and supplemental schedules are available. The fall festival runs from mid-September through October 31, with separate Christmas-season opportunities from mid-November through December. Pay, duties, and your specific schedule are discussed during hiring. Applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels are welcome. How to apply Complete the linked Lee Farms application and select Festival & Events Supplemental Employee. Choose the seasons you can work and describe your ideal days and hours. Include your available start date and resume. The farm is at 21975 SW 65th Avenue.
