What you will do • Water, move, space, label, prune, weed, and organize nursery plants according to their needs and supervisor direction. • Assist with receiving, potting, propagation, order preparation, loading, or customer support as assigned. • Identify visible plant stress, pest pressure, irrigation trouble, damaged stock, or label errors and report them promptly. • Listen to customer questions and guide shoppers toward appropriate garden, houseplant, tree, shrub, or plant-care solutions within your knowledge. • Keep living inventory healthy, watered, organized, accurately signed, and ready for customers throughout the garden center and greenhouse. • Communicate plant and product needs to buyers and management, assist cashiers when needed, and potentially share established expertise through a workshop.
