Cashman Nursery is hiring Greenhouse Crew Members in Bismarck, with full-time and part-time opportunities. What you will do • Join the greenhouse team in its day-to-day work with nursery plants. • Contribute to the friendly, knowledgeable service the garden center offers its customers. • Work cooperatively with the nursery staff as plant and customer needs change. How the work fits together Dan and Carol Cashman established the Bismarck garden center in 1975, continuing a family connection to nursery growing that dates to the nineteenth century. Their children and grandchildren have also been involved in the business. The garden center carries plants suited to the region, including trees, shrubs, perennials, annual flowers, herbs, and vegetables. Its growers start many herbs and vegetables from seed in winter, preparing them for gardeners when planting weather arrives. Hanging baskets, planted containers, and North Dakota native perennials are also part of the selection. Autumn brings bulbs for spring-flowering gardens. The greenhouse role belongs to this plant-centered business; landscape and irrigation installation are separately advertised positions.
