What you will do • Water, move, space, label, prune, weed, and organize nursery plants according to their needs and supervisor direction. • Assist with receiving, potting, propagation, order preparation, loading, or customer support as assigned. • Identify visible plant stress, pest pressure, irrigation trouble, damaged stock, or label errors and report them promptly. • Pot rows of plants, place and secure drip lines for large groups of containers, and water hundreds of plants according to the grower's sequence and plant needs. • Move, space, organize, and tend nursery stock through repeated production runs, maintaining accurate plant groupings and completing each row or batch efficiently before changing tasks. • Work alone or with the growing team as assigned, take direction carefully, keep work areas and materials organized, and report damaged plants, irrigation problems, heat stress, pests, or missing supplies.
