Horticultural Services is hiring for the Nursery & Greenhouse Team Member position in St. George, KS. This hands-on role supports the operation's day-to-day production and care work. What you will do • Water, move, space, label, prune, weed, and organize nursery plants according to their needs and supervisor direction. • Assist with receiving, potting, propagation, order preparation, loading, or customer support as assigned. • Identify visible plant stress, pest pressure, irrigation trouble, damaged stock, or label errors and report them promptly. • Propagate and care for annuals, perennials, trees, and shrubs through assigned potting, watering, fertilizing, grooming, pruning, staking, spacing, and inventory work. • Assist with ball-and-burlap stock, plant movement, receiving, organization, greenhouse or nursery setup, and accurate preparation of plants for the garden center. • Scout for weeds, pests, plant stress, damage, label problems, or irrigation needs and communicate observations before quality or inventory is affected.
