Turpin Meadow Ranch is hiring a Cook in Moran for the remainder of its 2026 summer season, ending September 28. Join a small guest-ranch kitchen in the Buffalo Valley. What you will do • Support the cooking and dining operation with attentive guest service. • Follow direction, notice details, and help coworkers as priorities change. • Work professionally and respectfully within the ranch community. How the work fits together The ranch's restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, welcoming both overnight visitors and the public. Dining takes place in the historic lodge and on its patio, with views toward the Tetons. The kitchen is part of a broader horse-based guest operation offering trail rides, pack trips, fishing, and wilderness activities. Head Chef Paul and Sous Chef Tona are members of the on-site team. General managers Ron and Bobbi have led the ranch for twelve years and remain involved in everyday work, including helping in the kitchen or with rides. Other colleagues manage the barn, guide outings, maintain guest services, and support the lodge. This is a remote residential setting with limited internet and mobile reception, approximately an hour from Jackson. Schedule, conditions, and compensation Free bunkhouse housing includes a communal kitchen. Department tips are shared, and camp gratuities are distributed biweekly.
