What you will do • Complete assigned pruning, tying, shoot positioning, canopy care, irrigation, bird protection, sampling, and harvest work. • Use and maintain vineyard hand tools, bins, trellis supplies, and assigned equipment safely. • Observe vine condition, fruit maturity, pests, disease, water, and trellis problems and report them. • Tend Petite Pearl, Syrah, Merlot, Malbec, and Cabernet Sauvignon vines according to the day's block and growth-stage instructions, completing assigned canopy, irrigation, weed, soil, trellis, pest, bird, sampling, or harvest work consistently down each row. • Use careful hands-on vine practices that support soil fertility, water percolation, natural predators, reduced pesticide use, and fruit quality, and report visible stress, disease, insects, water problems, frost or heat injury, and trellis damage early. • Move tools, ties, irrigation parts, bins, fruit, and other materials without damaging vines or mixing lots, and leave vineyard rows, equipment, and harvest or work areas organized at the end of the assignment.
