Assistant Cook

Vee Bar Guest Ranch is accepting applications for a full-time Assistant Cook for winter and summer seasons. This family guest ranch near Laramie, Wyoming, accommodates approximately 30 guests. Responsibilities Work alongside the head cook to prepare meals, receive and store food deliveries, and assist the baker. Some meals must be prepared independently. Duties also include packing and transporting food for off-site meals and helping set up, cook, and clean at those locations. Schedule and working standards Expect roughly nine-hour workdays with varying schedules and days off. Maintain a clean kitchen, follow food-handling and personal-hygiene standards, and keep hair restrained where required. The ranch supplies kitchen aprons.
